Migrating Customers

ID Badging
We have ID Badging software available for both SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ. All hardware purchased for SMS 2.0 will be able to be used with Qmlativ.
In order to migrate from SMS 2.0 to Qmlativ, an implementation is needed to be purchased to change the software.
Positive Attendance
Any Skyward SMS 2.0 Positive Attendance users will need to purchase School Technology Associate’s SchoolTRAK® software for it to work with Skyward Qmlativ.
All hardware purchased for Skyward SMS 2.0 is able to be migrated to work with SchoolTRAK®.
Tardy Kiosk
Any Skyward SMS 2.0 Tardy Kiosk users will need to purchase School Technology Associate’s SchoolTRAK® software for it to be automated with Skyward Qmlativ. All hardware purchased for Skyward SMS 2.0 is able to be migrated to work with SchoolTRAK®.
Tardy Kiosk hardware purchased for Skyward SMS 2.0 can be used with Skyward Qmlativ Tardy Kiosk module within the Skyward software, however it is not automated and an attendant will need to click through the prompts for the Tardy to be entered.
Food Service
All Food Service line peripherals purchased for Skyward SMS 2.0 will work with Skyward Qmlativ without a migration implementation needed. However, Automatic Cash Drawers functionality is currently not supported by Qmlativ. These cash drawers will still be able to be used manually.
Integrated Vending Machines are not available for Skyward Qmlativ and cannot be migrated at this time.
Finance & HR Payroll
Time Clocks
Currently supported Time Clock models purchased from School Technology Associates can be migrated from Skyward SMS 2.0 to Skyward Qmlativ.
In order to migrate the clocks, an implementation and annual license is needed to be purchased to set up the new software on the clocks. The annual license fee is for the Time Tracking clock integration development, product enhancements, and ongoing support of the software.
ID Badging
We have ID Badging software available for both SMS 2.0 and Qmlativ. All hardware purchased for SMS 2.0 will be able to be used with Qmlativ.
